Interconnection Tariff definition

Interconnection Tariff means these Standards for Interconnection of Distributed Generation. The Interconnection Tariff is a regulatory document enforced by the Department.
Interconnection Tariff means The Standards for Interconnection of Distributed Generation (as of the Effective Date M.D.P.U. No. 162C), or any applicable successor tariff or standards.

  • Interconnecting Customer shall operate and maintain the Facility in accordance with the applicable manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule, in compliance with all aspects of the Company’s Interconnection Tariff.

  • If the Facility is determined to be the source of the problems, the Company may require disconnection as outlined in Section 7.0 of this Interconnection Tariff.

  • If necessary for the purposes of this Interconnection Tariff and in the manner it describes, the Interconnecting Customer shall allow the Company access to the Company’s equipment and the Company’s facilities located on the Interconnecting Customer’s or Customer’s premises.

  • To the extent that the Interconnecting Customer does not own all or any part of the property on which the Company is required to locate its equipment or facilities to serve the Interconnecting Customer under this Interconnection Tariff, the Interconnecting Customer shall secure and provide in favor of the Company the necessary rights to obtain access to such equipment or facilities, including easements if the circumstances so require.

  • The Interconnecting Customer is responsible for providing the Company with evidence of insurance in compliance with this Interconnection Tariff on an annual basis.

  • All application, study fees and System Modification costs (except as noted below) are due in full prior to the execution of the work as outlined in this Interconnection Tariff.

  • All metering equipment installed pursuant to this Interconnection Tariff and associated with the Facility shall be routinely tested by the Company at Interconnecting Customer's expense, in accordance with applicable Company and/or ISO-NE criteria, rules and standards.

  • Interconnecting Customer agrees to cause its Facility to be constructed in accordance with applicable specifications that meet or exceed those provided under this Section of the Interconnection Tariff.

  • Should the Company combine the installation of System Modifications with additions to the Company’s EPS to serve other Customers or Interconnecting Customers, the Company shall not include the costs of such separate or incremental facilities in the amounts billed to the Interconnecting Customer for the System Modifications required pursuant to this Interconnection Tariff.

  • The Company shall exercise such right in accordance with Section 7.0 of this Interconnection Tariff.

Related to Interconnection Tariff

  • Interconnection is as defined in the Act.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider.

  • Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities means all Interconnection Facilities that are not Customer Interconnection Facilities and that, after the transfer under Tariff, Attachment P, Appendix 2, section 5.5 to the Interconnected Transmission Owner of title to any Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer constructed, are owned, controlled, operated and maintained by the Interconnected Transmission Owner on the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities. The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO’s Tariff or any Transmission/Distribution Owner’s tariff that reflect methodology and costs to interconnect the Facility to the Transmission/Distribution Owner’s electric grid.

  • Interconnect means to connect an alarm system including an automatic dialing device to a telephone line, either directly or through a mechanical device that utilizes a telephone, for the purpose of using the telephone line to transmit a message upon the activation of the alarm system.

  • Interconnector means equipment used to link the electricity system of the State to electricity systems outside of the State;

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • PJM Tariff or “Tariff shall mean that certain “PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff”, including any schedules, appendices or exhibits attached thereto, on file with FERC and as amended from time to time thereafter.

  • Interconnection Studies means the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the System Impact Study, and the Facilities Study described in Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Interconnection Party means a Transmission Provider, Interconnection Customer, or the Interconnected Transmission Owner. Interconnection Parties shall mean all of them.

  • Interconnection Regulations means the Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services Interconnection (Addressable Systems) Regulations, 2017, as amended from time to time;

  • Surplus Interconnection Service means any unneeded portion of Interconnection Service established in an Interconnection Service Agreement, such that if Surplus Interconnection Service is utilized, the total amount of Interconnection Service at the Point of Interconnection would remain the same.

  • CAISO Tariff means the CAISO FERC Electric Tariff, Fifth Replacement Volume No. 1, as amended from time to time.

  • PJM Tariffs means the PJM OATT and the PJM Amended and Restated Operating Agreement, collectively.

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • Interconnection Agreement means the interconnection agreement entered into by Seller pursuant to which the Facility will be interconnected with the Transmission System, and pursuant to which Seller’s Interconnection Facilities and any other Interconnection Facilities will be constructed, operated and maintained during the Contract Term.

  • interconnected system means a number of transmission and distribution systems linked together by means of one or more interconnectors;

  • Transmission Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect or add Merchant Transmission Facilities to the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region or an entity that submits an Upgrade Request for Merchant Network Upgrades (including accelerating the construction of any transmission enhancement or expansion, other than Merchant Transmission Facilities, that is included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan prepared pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 6).

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Interconnection arrangements means arrangements governing the physical connection of two or more networks to allow the use of another's network to hand off traffic where it is ultimately delivered (e.g., connection of a customer of telephone provider A to a customer of telephone company B) or sharing data and other information resources.

  • Electrical Interconnection Facilities means the equipment and facilities required to safely and reliably interconnect a Facility to the transmission system of the Transmitting Utility, including the collection system between each Bloom System, transformers and all switching, metering, communications, control and safety equipment, including the facilities described in any applicable Interconnection Agreement.
