Intercreditor Settlement Agreement means that certain settlement agreement, dated as of May 8, 2013, attached hereto as Exhibit C, by and among the First Lien Agents, the First Lien Revolver Lenders, the First Lien Term Loan Lenders, the Second Lien Term Loan Agent and the Second Lien Term Loan Lenders resolving certain issues and disputes arising under or relating to the Intercreditor Agreement.
