Interest exchange definition

Interest exchange means a transaction authorized by title 29, chapter 6, article 3.
Interest exchange means the acquisition of an ownership or membership interest in a domestic entity as provided by Subchapter B, Chapter 10. The term does not include a merger or conversion.
Interest exchange means a transaction authorized by K.S.A. 2019 Supp. 17-78-301 through 17-78-306, and amendments thereto.
