Interest Shortfall Deposit definition

Interest Shortfall Deposit for each Loan Group means any deposit made by the Sponsor on the first and second Payment Dates into the Collection Account pursuant to Section 3.03 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement to offset shortfalls in interest payable to the Noteholders of the related Class of Notes or the related Class A-IO Component.
Interest Shortfall Deposit means any deposit made by the Master Servicer on the first and second Payment Dates into the Collection Account pursuant to Section 3.03 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement to offset shortfalls in interest payable to the Noteholders.
Interest Shortfall Deposit for a Loan Group and Payment Date means the funds required to be deposited into the Payment Account by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 3.03 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement (but with respect to Section 3.03(ii)(B) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, only to the extent they represent Interest Collections) for the Loan Group and Payment Date.

More Definitions of Interest Shortfall Deposit

Interest Shortfall Deposit for each Loan Group means any deposit made by the Master Servicer on the first and second Payment Dates into the Collection Account pursuant to
Interest Shortfall Deposit. An amount, initially equal to $10,000 and remitted to the Trustee by Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Barney Inc. as underwriter on or before the first Distribution Date, which represents the aggregate amount by which interest distributions on the Class A-2 Certificates for the first twelve Distribution Dates are projected to be in excess of interest on such Certificates at 7.00% per annum.
