Interfund Lending Exemptive Order definition

Interfund Lending Exemptive Order means the exemptive order issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 5, 2003 (Investment Company Act of 1940 Release No. 26174) to authorize Interfund Lending, and including any amended or supplemental order thereto.
Interfund Lending Exemptive Order means that certain exemptive order issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 10, 2002 (Investment Company Act of 1940 Release No. 25519) in the matter of Putnam American Government Income Fund, et al. providing exemptive relief permitting an Interfund Lending program pursuant to the terms of the application dated March 13, 2002 (Investment Company Act of 1940 Release Nos. 25461, 812-10806).

Interfund Lending Exemptive Order means an exemptive order, including any amended or supplemental order, issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission authorizing Interfund Lending.
Interfund Lending Exemptive Order means, with respect to any Borrower, any exemptive order issued by the SEC providing exemptive relief permitting Interfund Loans to be made by and/or to such Borrower, which exemptive order is on terms and conditions substantially the same as other SEC exemptive orders with respect to interfund lending.
