WellTech agrees that the appointment of the WellTech Interim Committee shall be effective as of the date hereof, shall continue until termination of this Agreement and shall not be revoked unless WellTech has received an opinion of counsel that continuation of the Interim Committee would constitute a breach of the fiduciary duties of WellTech's Board of Directors.
The removal of any Interim Committee member prior to that date will require a unanimous decision by all Parties to this Agreement.
