Interim Paid UNL definition

Interim Paid UNL means the aggregate amount of Ultimate Net Loss paid by the Retrocedent from the Valuation Date through and including the Effective Date.
Interim Paid UNL means the aggregate amount of Ultimate Net Loss recorded as paid by the Company in its Financial Statements from the Valuation Date through and including the Effective Date; provided, however, that (i) if any amount that would be “Ultimate Net Loss” as defined in the LPT Agreement is included as paid by the Company prior to the Valuation Date in Schedule I to this Agreement, it shall not constitute Ultimate Net Loss for purposes of calculating Interim Paid UNL, and (ii) if any amount that would be “Ultimate Net Loss” as defined in the LPT Agreement is not included as paid by the Company prior to the Valuation Date in Schedule I of this Agreement, it shall constitute Ultimate Net Loss for purposes of calculating Interim Paid UNL.
Interim Paid UNL means the aggregate amount of Ultimate Net Loss recorded as paid by the Cedent in its Financial Statements from the Valuation Date through and including the Effective Date; provided, however, that (i) if any amount that would be “Ultimate Net Loss” as defined herein is included as paid by the Cedent prior to the Valuation Date in Schedule III attached hereto, it shall not constitute Ultimate Net Loss for purposes of calculating Interim Paid UNL, and (ii) if any amount that would be “Ultimate Net Loss” as defined herein is not included as paid by the Cedent prior to the Valuation Date in Schedule III attached hereto, it shall constitute Ultimate Net Loss for purposes of calculating Interim Paid UNL.

Examples of Interim Paid UNL in a sentence

  • The Accounting Firm shall issue its written determination with respect to each Unresolved Item and calculate the Initial Funds Withheld Account Balance, the Interim Paid UNL, the Roll Forward Premium Adjustment and the Net Premium on the basis of such determination within thirty (30) days after the Unresolved Items are submitted for review to the Accounting Firm.

  • If the Retrocessionaire does not deliver a Notice of Disagreement prior to the end of the Review Period, then the Initial Funds Withheld Account Balance, the Interim Paid UNL, the Roll Forward Premium Adjustment and the Net Premium shall be deemed to equal the amounts provided in the Final Closing Statement and such amounts shall be final, binding and conclusive on the Parties.

  • The Retrocedent has prepared and delivered to the Retrocessionaire a Closing Statement in accordance with the Master Agreement setting forth the Retrocedent’s calculation of the Estimated Net SP Lloyd’x Xxxxxxx, the Estimated Roll Forward Premium Adjustment, the Estimated Interim Paid UNL, the Estimated Initial Lloyd’s Xxxxx Xunding Amount, the Additional Premium, the Returned Premium and the Estimated Initial Funds Withheld Account Balance as of the Effective Date.

Related to Interim Paid UNL

  • Interim Payment has the meaning specified in Section 10.1.

  • Interim Distribution Date means the date as soon as reasonably practicable after the Plan Implementation Date;

  • Distributed Generation means generating plant equipment collectively used for generating electricity that is connected, or proposed to be connected, to the Network or a Customer's Installation, but does not include:

  • Immature marijuana plant means a marijuana plant that is not flowering.
