Interim Period Service definition

Interim Period Service means service provided by MEP prior to the time that all facilities certificated in Docket No. CP08-6 (except Preapproved Capacity facilities) are placed into service. Interim Period Service will terminate once all the facilities for which certificate authority has been requested in Docket No. CP08-6 (except for Preapproved Capacity facilities) have been completed and placed in service.
Interim Period Service means any service from the Haynesville interconnects to the Carthage interconnect provided by TIGER prior to the time that TIGER has placed into service firm capacity from the Haynesville interconnects to the Southeast Supply Header interconnect.

Examples of Interim Period Service in a sentence

  • For any Interim Period Service provided to Shipper to any delivery point other than the NGPL Interconnect, Shipper shall pay FEP a Fixed Negotiated Monthly Base Reservation Rate of $7.4527/Dth of Contract MDQ (equal to $0.245/Dth per day on a 100% load factor basis), applied to the portion of the Contract MDQ awarded in any month to Shipper for Interim Period Service to all delivery points other than the NGPL Interconnect.

  • This Transportation Agreement shall be effective from the first day of the calendar month following notice from FEP to Shipper that FEP is ready to provide firm service on November 1, 2018 (the “Effective Date”) and shall remain in effect for a Primary Term of ten (10) years from the date of commencement of firm service to Shipper other than Interim Period Service, as that term is defined in FEP's FERC Gas Tariff, as may be revised from time to time ("Tariff").

  • If insufficient capacity exists during any month to satisfy all Interim Period Service shippers' requests for capacity for such month, then FEP shall prorate the amount of capacity available to each shipper for such month based on each shipper's relevant contract MDQ and notify Shipper in writing of the amount of Shipper’s Interim Period Service no later than three (3) business days prior to the first day of the applicable calendar month.

  • TIGER shall conduct an Initial Open Season for firm forward-haul transmission capacity that is available upon TIGER initially being placed into service, other than Interim Period Service or Perryville Interconnect Service, or later that becomes available, including when capacity that is subject to a right of first refusal or other rollover rights is not renewed or awarded during the right of first refusal process.

  • Shipper shall then have five (5) business days prior to the beginning of the relevant month to notify FEP in writing of the quantity of Contract MDQ, if any, and the specific transportation path, to which Shipper desires the Interim Period Service to apply during such month.

Related to Interim Period Service

  • Interim Period has the meaning specified in Section 6.1.

  • Billing Period means (subject to Article 6.1 of the Agreement) the calendar month ending with the Metering Date. The first Billing Period shall commence from the Commercial Operation Date and end with the Metering Date corresponding to the month in which the Commercial Operation Date occurs.

  • Operating Period for any Element of the Project shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of such Element of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date and for the Project, shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date;

  • Service Period has the meaning given to it in Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off Terms) as refined by a Contracting Body in a Call Off Agreement between that Contracting Body and the Supplier;

  • Planning Period Quarter means any of the following three month periods in the Planning Period: June, July and August; September, October and November; December, January and February; or March, April and May.

  • Rolling Period means, as of any date, the four Fiscal Quarters ending on or immediately preceding such date.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Program Period means the period of time which the department intends to support the program without requiring the recompetition for funds. The program period is specified within the grant application.

  • Marketing Period means the first period of 21 consecutive business days throughout and on the last day of which (a) Parent, Merger Sub and their financing sources shall have received completed Offering Documents including Required Information (including the Required Information with respect to the Company’s fiscal year ended January 25, 2010) for all of the Available Financing, and such Required Information contained in all of the Offering Documents is Compliant, (b) all conditions set forth in Section 6.1 and Section 6.2 (other than those that by their nature will not be satisfied until the Effective Time) have been satisfied and nothing has occurred and no condition exists that would cause any of the conditions set forth in Section 6.1 or Section 6.2 not to be satisfied assuming the Effective Time were to be scheduled for any time during such consecutive 21 business day period, and (c) the Company shall have provided all cooperation which it is obligated to provide under the terms of Section 5.5. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the “Marketing Period” shall not commence and shall be deemed not to have commenced if, on or prior to the completion of such consecutive 21 business day period, (x) the Company shall have announced any intention to restate any financial statements or financial information included in the Required Information or that any such restatement is under consideration or may be a possibility, in which case the Marketing Period will be deemed not to commence unless and until such restatement has been completed and the applicable Required Information has been amended or the Company has announced that it has concluded that no restatement shall be required, (y) the Company shall have failed to file any report with the applicable Securities Authorities when due, in which case the Marketing Period will be deemed not to commence unless and until all such reports have been filed, or (z) the Required Information would not be Compliant throughout and on the last day of such 21 business day period, in which case a new 21 business day period shall commence upon Parent, Merger Sub and their financing sources receiving updated Required Information that would be Compliant, and the requirements in clauses (a) and (b) above would be satisfied throughout and on the last day of such new 21 business day period. In no event may a “Marketing Period” commence any later than July 27, 2010, unless at Parent’s election a Marketing Period commenced after such date terminates no later than August 24, 2010.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.

  • Transition Period means the period beginning with the Registration Date and ending as of the earlier of: (i) the date of the first annual meeting of stockholders of the Company at which directors are to be elected that occurs after the close of the third calendar year following the calendar year in which the Registration Date occurs; and (ii) the expiration of the “reliance period” under Treasury Regulation Section 1.162-27(f)(2).

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Service Year means fiscal year, except that:
