Interim Test Date definition

Interim Test Date means the date declared as such by the Collateral Manager occurring after the Closing Date but in any event no later than six months from such Closing Date and on which date the Interim Tests shall be applied;
Interim Test Date means each Distribution Date occurring during the Ramp-Up Period.
