Interim Threshold definition

Interim Threshold is an amount equal to (i) 50% of the total value of the Acceptable Assets less (ii) all of the Borrower’s “senior securities representing indebtedness” (as such term is used in the Investment Company Act) other than Loans.
Interim Threshold has the meaning specified in Section 2.04.
Interim Threshold has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(a) of this Agreement.
