Interior Works definition

Interior Works means all plumbing, wiring, equipment, facilities, offices, machinery, fire protection equipment and other safety-related equipment required by law, Lessor Lighting, and the like not included in the Plans and Specifications and which Lessee deems, in its reasonable discretion, necessary to use the Building for its intended purposes and to be specified in an Exhibit to be mutually agreed hereafter no later than the Building Works Commencement Date, but excludes Material Handling Equipment;

Examples of Interior Works in a sentence

  • It is clarified that no VAT will be added to the amounts from which the consideration is derived, such as the Land Cost and the price of the Interior Works, for the purpose of calculating the Rent components deriving therefrom as stated in Appendix E, in order not to give rise to the payment of double VAT.

  • If the Company decides to take a contractor who will provide main contractor services to all the parties carrying out the Interior Works, payment for such main contractor’s services will not be included in the cost of the Interior Works for the purpose of determining the component of the Rent in respect of the Interior Works.

  • All decisions relating to the functional design and the standard of finish according to the design and on any subject pertaining to the Interior Works planning will be in accordance with the Lessee’s sole discretion, subject naturally to the engineering constraints resulting from the Shell Plans.

  • Lessor shall have no obligation whatsoever in respect of payment of reimbursement of Lessee for, amongst other things, fixtures comprising a part of the Building or Interior Works, or for damages or other payments in connection with vacating the Building, or for renting, procuring or moving to other facilities unless such damages or other payments arise from or relate to Lessor's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  • The broad scope of work during this phase will include the following, but is not limited to: • Design of the Data Centre • Physical Infrastructure comprising of Civil & Interior Works, Electrical & Mechanical works required to build a Data Centre.

  • Notwithstanding that stated it is clarified that the Lessee will pay the component of the “Rent in respect of the Interior Works” prescribed in Appendix E below pursuant to the Company’s effective investment costs in the Interior Works according to that stated up to the amount of $440 per sq.m. (plus VAT).

  • Lessor shall be responsible for any defects in the Interior Works.

  • For the removal of any doubt, if the main contractor personally effects Interior Works with the consent of the Lessee or is selected in such a tender, then each payment that will be paid to it for such Works is included within the framework of the “Interior Works” for the purpose of calculating the Rent in respect of the Interior Works.

  • In the event either party desires to amend or modify the Plans and Specifications, or the specifications for the Interior Works, such party promptly shall notify the other party of the desired amendment or modification and its best good- faith estimate of the incremental construction cost (or savings) associated therewith.

  • Interior Works in the apartment/villa:-That if the Allottee(s) intends to carry out the interior adaptations and interior works in the apartment/villa he shall seek prior permission of the Promoter /Maintenance Association and the Promoter /Maintenance Association may permit the same subject to appropriate conditions.

Related to Interior Works

  • Minor Works has the meaning given to it in paragraph 2.7(a) of Schedule 4 (Persons with Disabilities and Disability Discrimination);

  • Interior lot means a lot other than a corner lot.

  • Interior means the spaces, parts, components or elements of an individual dwelling unit.

  • Installation Works means, as the context so requires,

  • Work or Works means the works to be executed or done under this contract.
