Nursing care means the practice of nursing by a licensed nurse, including tasks and functions relating to the provision of "nursing care" that are taught or delegated under specified conditions by a registered nurse to a person other than licensed nursing personnel, as governed by ORS chapter 678 and rules adopted by the OSBN in OAR chapter 851.
Nursing facility means an institution as defined in Iowa Code chapter 135C. This definition does not include acute care settings.
Title IV-E Foster Care means a federal program authorized under §§ 472 and 473 of the Social
Inpatient care means treatment for which the insured person has to stay in a hospital for more than 24 hours for a covered event.
Leverage means the aggregate amount of indebtedness of the Company for money borrowed (including purchase money mortgage loans) outstanding at any time, both secured and unsecured.
