Intermediate REMIC Accretion Directed Interests definition

Intermediate REMIC Accretion Directed Interests means the Uncertificated Intermediate Interests, other than the Class I-Accrual Interest and the Class I-AIO Interest.
Intermediate REMIC Accretion Directed Interests means the ----------------------------------------------- Uncertificated Intermediate Interests, other than the Class I-Accrual Interest and the Class I-AIO Interest and the Class I-XIO Interest. In all cases, the principal balance of each Intermediate REMIC Accretion Directed Interest shall maintain, including after giving effect to any allocation of principal or loss, a direct and unvarying proportionality to the principal balance of its Corresponding Certificate Class.
Intermediate REMIC Accretion Directed Interests means the Intermediate REMIC Group I Accretion Directed Interests and the Intermediate REMIC Group II Accretion Directed Interests.

  • To the Class I-Accrual Interest, principal in an amount equal to one-half the principal distributed on the Class A, Class M and Class B Certificates on such Payment Date; and to each Intermediate REMIC Accretion Directed Interest, principal (including that payable to the Intermediate REMIC Accretion Directed Interests as described in Section 8.07(a)(i)(A) in an amount equal to one-half the principal distributed to its Corresponding Certificate Class on such Payment Date.

  • Lower Tier REMIC Interests Each of the Class LTA-1 Interest, the Class LTA-2A Interest, the Class LTA-2B Interest, the Class LTA-2C Interest, the Class LTA-2D Interest, the Class LTM-1 Interest, the Class LTM-2 Interest, the Class LTM-3 Interest, the Class LTM-4 Interest, the Class LTM-5 Interest, the Class LTM-6 Interest, the Class LTB-1 Interest, the Class LTB-2 Interest, the Class LTB-3 Interest, the Class LTIX Interest, the Class LTIIX Interest, the Class LTII1A Interest, the Class LTII1B Interest, the Class LTII2A Interest, the Class LTII2B Interest, the Class LT-IO Interest and the Class LTR Interest.

  • Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account The account or accounts created and maintained as a separate account (or separate sub-account within the same account as another Distribution Account) or accounts by the Certificate Administrator pursuant to Section 3.05(b) of this Agreement, which (subject to any changes in the identities of the Trustee and/or the Certificate Administrator) shall be entitled “Citibank, N.A., as Certificate Administrator, on behalf of Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee, for the benefit of the registered Holders of Benchmark 2019-B12 Mortgage Trust, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2019-B12, Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account” and which must be an Eligible Account. The Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account shall be an asset of the Lower-Tier REMIC.

  • Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account The trust account or accounts created and maintained as a separate trust account (or separate sub-account within the same account as the Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account) or accounts by the Certificate Administrator pursuant to Section 3.05(b) of this Agreement, which (subject to any changes in the identities of the Trustee and/or the Certificate Administrator) shall be entitled “Computershare Trust Company, National Association, as Certificate Administrator, on behalf of Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee, for the benefit of the registered Holders of BMO 2022-C1 Mortgage Trust, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2022-C1, and the Uncertificated Interest Owners, Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account” and which must be an Eligible Account. The Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account shall be an asset of the Upper-Tier REMIC.

  • Subsidiary REMIC Regular Interest Any one of the "regular interests" in the Subsidiary REMIC described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • REMIC I Interests The REMIC I Regular Interests and the Class R-I Certificates.

  • Lower Tier REMIC Regular Interests Each of the Lower Tier REMIC Interests other than the Class LTR Interest.

  • REMIC II Assets The REMIC I Regular Interests.

  • Lower-Tier REMIC As described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • REMIC I Assets All of the Mortgage Pool Assets.

  • REMIC II Interests means, collectively, the REMIC II Regular Interests and the Class R-II Certificates.

  • Subsidiary REMIC Interest Any one of the Subsidiary REMIC Interests or the SR-A-R Interest.

  • Upper-Tier REMIC As described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Corresponding REMIC II Regular Interest means the REMIC II Regular Interest as defined in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Corresponding Certificates or any Corresponding Component.

  • Corresponding REMIC I Regular Interest means the REMIC I Regular Interest that relates to any particular Mortgage Loan (including an REO Mortgage Loan) or Qualifying Substitute Mortgage Loan that replaces such Mortgage Loan, which REMIC I Regular Interest has the characteristics described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Lower Tier REMIC Regular Interest As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Middle-Tier REMIC As described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interests The Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interests Z together with the interests identified in the table below, each representing an undivided beneficial ownership interest in REMIC I, and having the following characteristics:

  • REMIC II Remittance Rate The per annum rate at which interest accrues in respect of any REMIC II Regular Interest during any Interest Accrual Period, as set forth in or otherwise calculated in accordance with Section 2.13(f).

  • Lower-Tier Residual Interest The sole class of “residual interests”, within the meaning of Code Section 860G(a)(2), in the Lower-Tier REMIC and evidenced by the Class R Certificates.

  • Upper-Tier Residual Interest The sole class of “residual interests”, within the meaning of Code Section 860G(a)(2), in the Upper-Tier REMIC and evidenced by the Class R Certificates.

  • REMIC I Remittance Rate The per annum rate at which interest accrues in respect of any REMIC I Regular Interest during any Interest Accrual Period, as set forth in or otherwise calculated in accordance with Section 2.11(f).

  • Optimal Interest Remittance Amount For each Distribution Date, the product of (A) (x) the weighted average of the Net Mortgage Rates for the Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the related Collection Period divided by (y) 12 and (B) the Aggregate Loan Balance as of the first day of the related Collection Period (not including for this purpose Mortgage Loans for which prepayments in full have been received and distributed in the month prior to that Distribution Date).

  • REMIC I Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, the REMIC I Available Distribution Amount shall be distributed to the REMIC I Regular Interests and the Class R-1 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:

  • Lower-Tier Distribution Account A subaccount of the Distribution Account, which shall be an asset of the Trust Fund and the Lower-Tier REMIC.

  • REMIC II Distribution Amount shall not cause a reduction in the Class Principal Balances of any of the REMIC II Regular Interests; and
