Internal appeal or review means an appellant's request for a carrier or health plan to review and reconsider an adverse benefit determination.

  • Disciplinary Authority means the appointing authority or any other authority as may be specified to be the Disciplinary Authority in respect of any of the post/posts and includes all the authorities superior to the appointing authority.

  • Adjudicating Authority or “NCLT” shall mean the Hon’ble Mumbai Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal;
