International Committee definition

International Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 24.1(a) of this Agreement.
International Committee means the committee (if any) set up by the Board in accordance with Ordinance 79 from time to time;
International Committee means whichever one of the following has jurisdiction over a given matter, as the context or situation may indicate: the High Performance Committee, Men’s Junior Commit- tee, or Women’s Junior Committee.

  • All investigators who meet the criteria established by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE)for authorship.

  • Publications will be in accordance with international recognized scientific and ethical standards concerning publications and authorship, including the Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to Biomedical Journals, established by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors.

  • All such publications or presentations shall (i) be consistent with academic standards and International Committee of Medical Journal Editors guidelines, (ii) not be false or misleading, (iii) comply with all Applicable Laws, (iv) not be made for any commercial purpose.

  • Unless otherwise required by the journal, authorship will comply with the requirements of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors ("ICMJE").

  • All such publications or presentations shall (i) be consistent with academic standards and International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) guidelines, (ii) not be false or misleading, (iii) comply with all Applicable Laws, (iv) not be made for any commercial purpose.

  • Authorship related to Scientific Publications shall be determined in accordance with and governed by the criteria defined by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) “Recommendations for the Conduct, Reporting, Editing, and Publication of Scholarly Work in Medical Journals” and Institution shall require that AbbVie’s role in support of the Study be appropriately disclosed in any Institution Publications (as defined below).

  • Prior to enrollment of the first subject in the Study, Sponsor agrees to ensure that the Study is fully registered on ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ in accordance with the requirements of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) and Public Law 110-85.
