International Competitions definition

International Competitions means, unless otherwise specified, the following international competitions:
International Competitions refers to those international competitions in which the National Teams participate in a Match or a series of Matches against a national representative team and/or combined teams of other rugby bodies or overseas clubs.
International Competitions means competitions in the World Athletics Series (as described in the Rules), the Athletics programme of the Olympic Games and other competitions organised by or on behalf of the IAAF and as specified in the Rules and Regulations.

  • ITTF Regulations for International Competitions apply to the tournament except where otherwise specified in TTE Regulations Parts A or B, or in this form.

  • The Classification Master List must identify Athletes that enter International Competitions.

  • ITTF Regulations for International Competitions apply except those relating to matters covered by items marked (X) in these regulations.

  • Players not complying with the Eligibility Rules defined by Article 5 of the FIVB General Regulations for International Competitions or who do not present the Health Certificate (M-3) as required in Article 14.1 of the same Regulations will not be allowed to compete in the championship.

  • international agreement means the Multilateral Convention for Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters, any bilateral or multilateral Tax Convention, or any Tax Information Exchange Agreement to which the Member State is a party, and that by its terms provides legal authority for the exchange of tax information between jurisdictions, including automatic exchange of such information.

  • International means a telecommunications service that originates or terminates in the United States and terminates or originates outside the United States, respectively. United States includes the District of Columbia or a U.S. territory or possession.

  • international voyage means a voyage from a country to which the present Convention applies to a port outside such country, or conversely.

  • international traffic means any transport by a ship or aircraft operated by an enterprise of a Contracting State, except when the ship or aircraft is operated solely between places in the other Contracting State;

  • International Financial Reporting Standards means the accounting standards and interpretations adopted by the International Accounting Standards Board.

  • International Trade Laws means all Laws relating to the import, export, re-export, deemed export, deemed re-export, or transfer of information, data, goods, and technology, including but not limited to the Export Administration Regulations administered by the United States Department of Commerce, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations administered by the United States Department of State, customs and import Laws administered by United States Customs and Border Protection, any other export or import controls administered by an agency of the United States government, the anti-boycott regulations administered by the United States Department of Commerce and the United States Department of the Treasury, and other Laws adopted by Governmental Authorities of other countries relating to the same subject matter as the United States Laws described above.

  • international waters means waters falling outside the sovereignty or jurisdiction of any State;

  • International air transportation means transportation by air between a place in the United States and a place outside the United States or between two places both of which are outside the United States.

  • International Student means a student holding a student visa for the purpose of obtaining an education in Australia and includes a student on a study abroad or international exchange program;

  • Non-Competition Agreements has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Competition or “Competitions” means any competition comprised within the Event where the winner is awarded a prize. A Competition may be comprised of one or more qualification phase/sections, runs or heats, including official training sessions. In the FIS Rules, Competitions are sometimes also referred to as “races”.
