International Director definition

International Director means a Director appointed pursuant to Article
International Director has the meaning given in Section 5.1(b).

Examples of International Director in a sentence

  • Section 3 If any grievance or dispute cannot be satisfactorily settled by a majority decision of the panel and the UPS Joint Area Committee, then the grievance shall be submitted to the United Parcel Service Vice President of Labor Relations, or his/her designee, and the International Director of the Central Region of Teamsters, or his/her designee.

  • Absence for any other reason must be approved by the International Director.

  • Students wishing to return home for university exams or in special circumstances need to request leave from the International Director.

  • Permission may be granted by the International Director and written permission must be received from the student’s parents.

  • Parents may apply in writing to the International Director for exceptions to this rule.

  • Homestay changes can only be made with the approval of the International Director.

  • Misconduct abroad refers to Student’s actions that violate student conduct policies or that, in the judgment of the ACCENT International Director and/or other officials of the Program, obstruct the progress of the Program in any way, and/or risk Student’s own welfare or that of fellow students and/or the Program, Program working relations with local governments and Program educational partners.

  • Students under 18 years are not permitted to stay in hotels/motels/backpackers without a suitable adult accompanying them and with the permission of the International Director.

  • Before any strike or stoppages of work takes place over a grievance or interpretation arising out of this Agreement or Supplements here- to that cannot be settled in accordance with the grievance machin- ery as set out in this Agreement, there must be approval by the International Director of the Eastern Region of Teamsters or his/her duly authorized representative, with notice of such approval to be given to the Employer, in writing, prior to such a strike or stoppage of work.

  • Before any strike or stoppage of work takes place over a grievance or interpretation arising out of this Agreement or Supplements hereto that cannot be settled in accordance with the grievance machinery as set out in this Agreement, there must be approval by the International Director of the Eastern Region of Teamsters or his their duly authorized representative, with notice of such approval to be given to the Employer, in writing, prior to such a strike or stoppage of work.
