International List definition

International List. The IICA's list, updated from time to time, of international arbitrators, including a general description of each arbitrator's credentials and experience.
International List means the List of International Referees as issued by FIFA on an annual basis. Each list is valid from 1 January to 31 December of each year.
International List means the Official List of Telegraph Officers open for International Traffic published by the International Teleommunication Union;

  • international carriage means any carriage in which, according to the contract of carriage, the place of departure and the place of destination are situated in two different States, or in a single State if, according to the contract of carriage or the scheduled itinerary, there is an intermediate port of call in another State;

  • international waters means waters falling outside the sovereignty or jurisdiction of any State;

  • International Employee Plan means each Company Employee Plan or Employee Agreement that has been adopted or maintained by the Company or any ERISA Affiliate, whether formally or informally, or with respect to which the Company or any ERISA Affiliate will or may have any liability with respect to Employees who perform services outside the United States.
