International Location definition

International Location means a location that is not within the United States (including Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands) or Canada.
International Location means a location that is not a Domestic Location.
International Location means any non-US location, including but not limited to non-US locations in the North American Dialing Plan.
