No purchaser of Securities from any International Manager shall be deemed to be a successor by reason merely of such purchase.
The Company has delivered to each International Manager, without charge, as many copies of each preliminary prospectus as such International Manager reasonably requested, and the Company hereby consents to the use of such copies for purposes permitted by the 1933 Act.
