Non-Traditional and Inclusive Casting shall be defined, for the purposes of this Agreement, as the casting of Employees with disabilities, Employees of color (including but not limited to African American, Asian/Asian Pacific American, Hispanic American, Native American, and multi-cultural), Employees over 60, and women in roles where race, ethnicity, gender, sex, age, or the presence or absence of a disability is not germane.
