International Non-Governmental Organization definition

International Non-Governmental Organization means a non-governmental organization with its original registration being in a country other than Kenya and operating in Kenya under a certificate of registration issued under section 10 of this Act;

International Non-Governmental Organization means a Non- Governmental Organization with the original incorporation in one or more countries other than Kenya, but operating within Kenya under a certificate of registration;

International Non-Governmental Organization means a non-governmental organization with the original incorporation outside of Somaliland and is operating within the country under a certificate of registration.
