Nongovernmental organization definition

Nongovernmental organization means a tax-exempt organization as described in sections 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(1-3) of the Internal Revenue Code that was formed for one of the conservation purposes set forth in Internal Revenue Code Section 170(h)(4)(A).
