International Offer Shares definition

International Offer Shares means 990,000 Class A ordinary shares initially proposed to be offered by the Company for purchase by, or by purchasers procured by, the International Underwriters under the International Offering, subject to adjustment and reallocation in accordance with the International Underwriting Agreement, together with the Option Shares;
International Offer Shares means 10,765,600 Shares initially being offered for subscription under the International Offering, together, where relevant, with any additional Shares which may be issued pursuant to the exercise of the Over-allotment Option, subject to reallocation in accordance with the International Underwriting Agreement;
