International public policy definition

International public policy means the fundamental concepts of Luxembourg law that the Luxembourg courts may deem to be of such significance so as to exclude the application of an (otherwise applicable) foreign law (deemed to be contrary in its results to such concepts). International public policy is a matter which is constantly evolving on the basis of the position of Luxembourg courts with respect to cases they hear.
