Internet site operator definition

Internet site operator means a business entity organized under the laws of this State and authorized to do business in this State which makes available to the public through an Internet website any offering pursuant to the exemption in paragraph (14) of subsection (b) of section 3 of P.L.1967, c.93 (C.49:3-50). “Internet site operator” shall not include a broker-dealer.
