Interoffice Transmission Facilities definition

Interoffice Transmission Facilities is a Network Element which is provided either as Dedicated Transport or is in some cases ▇▇▇▇ ATLANTIC Shared Transport. ▇▇▇▇ Atlantic shall provide IOF pursuant to the PSC No. 916 Tariff and this subsection 2.9.5.

  • Requesting Carrier shall either provide Logical Trunk Groups and such facilities for Logical Trunk Groups or purchase Logical Trunk Groups and such facilities for Logical Trunk Groups from Ameritech at the rates for Dedicated Interoffice Transmission Facilities set forth in Item V of the Pricing Schedule plus any additional costs required to provision such Logical Trunk Groups.

  • Interoffice Transmission Facilities will be provided only where such facilities exist at the time of CLEC’s request.

  • Interoffice Transmission Facilities are SBC- AMERITECH transmission facilities dedicated to a particular CLEC carrier, or shared by more than one Customer or carrier, used to provide Telecommunications Services between Wire Centers owned by SBC-AMERITECH or CLEC, or between Switches owned by SBC- AMERITECH or CLEC.

  • Frontier shall either provide Logical Trunk Groups and such facilities for Logical Trunk Groups or purchase Logical Trunk Groups and such facilities for Logical Trunk Groups from Ameritech at the rates for Dedicated Interoffice Transmission Facilities set forth in Item V of the Pricing Schedule plus any additional costs required to provision such Logical Trunk Groups.
