Interoperable Communications Governance Committee definition

Interoperable Communications Governance Committee. (“Governance Committee”) shall mean that group of individuals tasked with maintaining and administering the Interoperable Communications Plan. The Governance Committee shall consist of ten to fifteen individuals with CFW selecting at least one representative and each classification of users selecting at least one representative. The Governance Committee shall determine and may periodically adjust the number of members and the method for selecting members for each classification of users with a goal of ensuring that the Governance Committee reflects the full range of user types.

Related to Interoperable Communications Governance Committee

  • Compliance Committee means the committee referenced under the Federated Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, consisting of, among others, the Chief Compliance Officer, the General Counsel, the Chief Audit Executive and the Chief Risk Officer.

  • Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;

  • Coordinating Committee means the committee designated and elected as provided in section 16d in connection with a township consolidation.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • standards committee (“pwyllgor safonau”) means the standards committee of the county or county borough council which has functions in relation to the community council for which it is responsible under section 56(1) and (2) of the Local Government Act 2000.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Radiation safety officer means an individual who has the knowledge and responsibility to apply appropriate radiation protection regulations and has been assigned such responsibility by the licensee or registrant.

  • Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.
