Intervening Trust Vehicle definition

Intervening Trust Vehicle with respect to any Securitization Vehicle that is a CDO, shall mean a trust vehicle or entity that holds any Note as collateral securing (in whole or in part) any obligation or security held by such Securitization Vehicle as collateral for the CDO.
Intervening Trust Vehicle with respect to any Securitization Vehicle that is a CLO, shall mean a trust vehicle or entity which holds any Note as collateral securing (in whole or in part) any obligation or security held by such Securitization Vehicle as collateral for the CLO.
Intervening Trust Vehicle means, with respect to any Securitization Vehicle that is a CLO, a trust vehicle or entity which holds Note X-0, Xxxx X-0, Note A-3-1, Note A-3-2, Note A-4, Note A-5-1, Note A-5-2, Note A-6 or Note A-7 as collateral securing (in whole or in part) any obligation or security held by such Securitization Vehicle as collateral for the CLO.

More Definitions of Intervening Trust Vehicle

Intervening Trust Vehicle means with respect to any Securitization Vehicle that is a CDO, a trust vehicle or other Person which holds the applicable Junior Loan (or any interest therein) as collateral securing (in whole or in part) any obligation or security held by such Securitization Vehicle as collateral for the CDO.
Intervening Trust Vehicle with respect to any Securitization Vehicle which is a CDO, a trust vehicle or entity which holds the Loans as collateral securing (in whole or in part) any obligation or security held by such Securitization Vehicle as collateral for the CDO.
Intervening Trust Vehicle with respect to any Securitization Vehicle which is a CDO, shall mean a trust vehicle or entity which holds a Mezzanine Loan as collateral securing (in whole or in part) any obligation or security held by such Securitization Vehicle as collateral for the CDO.

Related to Intervening Trust Vehicle

  • Trust Estate means all money, instruments, rights and other property that are subject or intended to be subject to the lien and security interest of this Indenture for the benefit of the Noteholders (including, without limitation, all property and interests Granted to the Indenture Trustee), including all proceeds thereof.

  • Trust Property means any and all property, real or personal, tangible or intangible, that is from time to time owned or held by or for the account of the Trust; and

  • Securitization Trust means a trust formed pursuant to a Securitization pursuant to which one or more of the Notes are held.

  • Securitization Vehicle shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Qualified Institutional Lender.”
