Note A-7 definition

Note A-7 shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

Note A-7 means that certain Replacement, Second Amended and Restated Promissory Note A-7, dated July 15, 2020, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented extended, restated or replaced, and shall include any replacement promissory notes issued in respect thereof.

Note A-7 means that certain Promissory Note A-7 (Third Mezzanine Loan), dated the date hereof, executed by Borrower and payable to the order of Lender in the amount of Nine Million One Hundred Fifty Seven Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($9,157,500.00), as the same may hereafter be amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time.

Examples of Note A-7 in a sentence

• On and after the Note A-7 Securitization Date, Note A-7 shall be held in the name of the trustee (and held by a duly appointed custodian therefor) under the Note A-7 PSA, on behalf of the Note A-7 Holder.

• The Lead Servicer, each Non-Lead Master Servicer, the Trustee and each Non-Lead Trustee will be entitled to interest on any Advance (at a rate not to exceed the Prime Rate) made in the manner and from the sources provided in the Note A-1 PSA, the Note A-2 PSA, the Note A-3-1 PSA, the Note A-3-2 PSA, the Note A-4 PSA, the Note A-5-1 PSA, the Note A-5-2 PSA, the Note A-6 PSA and the Note A-7 PSA, as applicable.

Note A-7 shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of “Note” in Section 1.1 hereof, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, extended, renewed, supplemented, severed, split, or otherwise modified from time to time.

Note A-7 and “Note A-8” shall each have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

Note A-7. As defined in the Introductory Statement.

Note A-7 means that certain Promissory Note A-7 of even date herewith in the principal amount of Three Hundred Eighty-Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($387,500,000.00),, made by Borrower in favor of GS, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented, split or otherwise modified from time to time.

Note A-7. ““Note A-7” shall mean that certain Replacement, Amended and Restated Promissory Note A-7, dated as of May 1, 2020, in the principal amount of THREE HUNDRED TWENTY SIX MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO AND 20/100 DOLLARS ($326,705,972.20), made by Borrower in favor of DB and any replacement or split notes made by Borrower in favor of DB, as each of the same may be further amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.”

Note A-7 means that certain Second Amended and Restated Promissory Note A-7 (First Mezzanine Loan), dated as of the date hereof, executed by Borrower and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and payable to the order of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in the amount of Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($9,990,000), as the same may hereafter be amended, supplemented, severed, consolidated or otherwise modified from time to time.

Note A-7 means that certain Promissory Note A-1, dated of even date with the Mortgage Loan Agreement, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented, split, extended or otherwise modified from time to time, and shall include any replacement promissory notes issued in respect thereof.
