Inurnment right means the right to place individual cremated human remains in a specific niche selected by the consumer for use as a final resting place.
Inurnment right the right set out in clause 2.1. Inurnment Term: the period during which the Columbarium and the relevant church remain standing. Niche: the cremation niche within the Columbarium having the number stated on the Certificate reserved in accordance with this agreement in the name of the Customer. Urn: an urn to be supplied by Eternum to any of the Relevant Contacts on request in advance of Cremation, specifically designed for the sole purpose of holding cremated remains with the same degree of respect given to a human body, in accordance with the Roman Catholic Church's Code of Canon Law.

  • Background IP means all IP and IP Rights owned or controlled by Seller prior to the effective date or outside the scope of this Contract.
