Government Approval definition

Government Approval means any authorization, consent, approval, waiver, exception, variance, order, exemption, publication, filing, declaration, concession, grant, franchise, agreement, permission, permit, or license of, from, or with any Governmental Authority, the giving of notice to, or registration with, any Governmental Authority, or any other action in respect of any Governmental Authority.

Government Approval means any authorization, consent, approval, waiver, exception, variance, order, exemption, publication, filing, declaration, concession, grant, franchise, agreement, permission, permit, or license of, from or with any Governmental Authority, the giving notice to, or registration with, any Governmental Authority or any other action in respect of any Governmental Authority.

Examples of Government Approval in a sentence

• The foregoing shall in no way constitute or be construed as the Government Approval of the Site Plan or issuance of a CITY development order, it being expressly acknowledged and agreed by the Developer that the “Site Plan” will require separate submission, review, and approval pursuant to the requirements of the CITY's Code and requirements of any other Governmental Authorities.

• The Developer may at its sole discretion and cost in order to expedite the Government Approval process, including construction and inspection phase, request that the CITY engage the services of an outsourced consulting firm to complete the various development reviews in connection with the issuance of the Government Approvals should the CITY so elect to outsource the development review process.

More Definitions of Government Approval

Government Approval means an authorization, consent, non-action, approval, license or exemption of, registration or filing with, or report to, any governmental or quasi-governmental department, agency, body or other unit.

However, such opinion need not address (i) any statute, regulation or provision of law of any county, municipality or other political subdivision or any agency or instrumentality thereof, (ii) the tax laws, “doing business” laws or securities laws of any jurisdiction or (iii) any law, rule or regulation to which either Redwood Party may be subject as a result of any other person’s or entity’s legal or regulatory status or any such other person’s or entity’s involvement in the transactions contemplated by the Redwood Agreements.

Government Approval means approval from the erstwhile Secretariat for Industrial Assistance (SIA), Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Government of India and/ or the erstwhile Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB) and/ or any of the ministry/ department of the Government of India as the case may be;
