Invasive Exotic Plants definition

Invasive Exotic Plants for the purpose of this rule, means non-native plants that adversely affect the habitats and bioregions they invade.
Invasive Exotic Plants means plantsthat have been introduced from other regions and compete so successfully against native plants that they can crowd out their competitors, thus providing a monoculture that discourages the growth of native plant species.
