Inventory Date definition

Inventory Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.

Inventory Date means the close of business on the date of completion of the Inventory (as defined in Section 4.1), which date shall not be more than three (3) days prior to the Closing Date, or such other date prior to the Closing as is mutually agreed by the Seller and the Buyer.

Examples of Inventory Date in a sentence

More Definitions of Inventory Date

Inventory Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a), below.
