Inventory Date definition

Inventory Date means the close of business on the date of completion of the Inventory (as defined in Section 4.1), which date shall not be more than three (3) days prior to the Closing Date, or such later date prior to the Closing as is mutually agreed by Seller and Buyer.
Inventory Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.
Inventory Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a), below.

  • The date that the Inventory Count is taken in each Store shall be referred to as to each Store as the "Inventory Date".
