Invesco Funds definition

Invesco Funds means each of the regulated investment companies constituting classes or series of shares of the following entities:
Invesco Funds means those registered investment companies managed, advised, administered or distributed by Invesco Advisers, Inc. or its affiliates, set forth on Appendix A hereto (including predecessors in interest and successors in interest), as such Appendix may be amended from time to time.
Invesco Funds means all investment companies and their series portfolios, if any, whose shares are exchangeable for shares of the same class of the AIM Funds.
