Fresh Funds definition

Fresh Funds means funds that:
Fresh Funds means funds which do not originate from any account held with SCBMB or SCSB. Fresh Funds means monies or funds howsoever transferred, credited or paid into an Eligible CASA / Islamic CASA from other banks and/or financial institutions by way of (i) Interbank GIRO transfers, (ii) collection and payment of cheques drawn on such other bank(s) and / or liquidation of Wealth assets held with SCBMB or SCSB. However, transfers of funds from other current and / or savings or including maturity and/or upliftment of fixed deposit account within SCBMB or Term Deposit-i with SCSB are not considered Fresh Funds.
Fresh Funds means (i) funds in the form of non-UOB/FEB cheques; (ii) other funds that are not transferred from any existing UOB/FEB current/savings or fixed deposit account; or (iii) other funds that are not withdrawn from any existing UOB/FEB current/savings or fixed deposit account and re-deposited (whether part or all of the amounts withdrawn) into the Account within the Promotion Period.

Examples of Fresh Funds in a sentence

  • Fresh Funds means monies or funds howsoever transferred, credited or paid into an Eligible Account from other banks and/or financial institutions by way of (i) Interbank GIRO transfers, (ii) collection and payment of cheques drawn on such other bank(s) and / or liquidation of Wealth assets held with SCBMB or SCSB.

  • Transfers of funds from other current and / or savings or including maturity and/or upliftment of fixed deposit account within SCBMB or Term Deposit-i with SCSB are also considered as Fresh Funds.

  • IB must be met and Fresh Funds must be earmarked as per the stipulated Allocation Period, in order for the New-to-Segment client to be eligible for gifts.

  • Ratio of Insurance : Time Deposit at 1:1 for Regular Premium and 1:0.25 for Single Premium *Time Deposit rate at 6.5%p.a. for 6 months is applicable for Fresh Funds.

  • Transfers of funds from all current / savings account with SCBMB and SCSB into the Eligible Account is not recognized as Fresh Funds.

Fresh Funds means a deposit of funds from outside of HSBC into an Eligible Account. Funds transfers from existing HSBC Bank deposit accounts or via HSBC cheque(s), cashier’s order(s) or demand draft(s) do not qualify for this Promotion. For the purpose of this Promotion, funds that are transferred from accounts that are closed in the last 30 days will not be eligible.
