Administrative record means any record pertaining to the management, supervision or administration of the judicial branch, including any court, board, or committee appointed by or under the direction of any court or other entity within the judicial branch, or the office of any county clerk.
Investigative information means information, records, and documents received or generated by a physical therapy licensing board pursuant to an investigation.
Administrative Review means any decision making process of the director requested by a party aggrieved with an action taken under these rules except the hearing process described in OAR 436-001.
Prospective review means utilization review conducted prior to an admission or a course of treatment.
Complaint Investigation means an investigation of any complaint that has been made to a proper authority that is not covered by an abuse investigation.
Investigative consumer report means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information about a natural person's character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with the person's neighbors, friends, associates, acquaintances, or others who may have knowledge concerning such items of information.
Current significant investigative information means investigative information that a licensing board, after an inquiry or investigation that includes notification and an opportunity for the audiologist or speech-language pathologist to respond, if required by state law, has reason to believe is not groundless and, if proved true, would indicate more than a minor infraction.
Investigations The Xxxxxxx, when requested by one or a number of employees whom he/she represents, may investigate the basis for any dispute arising under this Agreement and may, at any stage, assist the employee(s) in seeking resolution of such dispute through the grievance procedure provided herein. A representative of the Union may substitute in place of the Xxxxxxx.
Experimental or Investigative means treatments, devices or prescription medications which are recommended by a Physician, but are not considered by the medical community as a whole to be safe and effective for the condition for which the treatments, devices or prescription medications are being used. This includes any treatments, procedures, facilities, equipment, drugs, drug usage, devices, or supplies not recognized as accepted medical practice, and any of those items requiring federal or other governmental agency approval not received at the time services are rendered.
Administrative Receivable means a Receivable which the Servicer is required to purchase pursuant to Section 3.08 or which the Servicer has elected to purchase pursuant to Section 8.01.
Background investigation means the investigation conducted by a licensee or applicant to support the determination of trustworthiness and reliability.
Investigation means the Bureau’s decision to hold and not process the Company’s license renewal applications identified in Appendix A due to the Company’s inability to certify compliance with its public file obligations.
Adaptive Reuse means a proposed development that will be repurposed from what it was originally built and designed for. Except where stated otherwise, rehabilitation requirements in Threshold apply to Adaptive Reuse projects.
Indictment means a written statement, presented by a grand jury to the district court, which charges the commission of a crime by an alleged offender.
Investigating Officer means the person appointed by the Monitoring Officer to undertake a formal investigation of a complaint alleging a breach of the Code of Conduct by a Subject Member. The Investigating Officer may be another senior officer of the District Council, an officer of another authority or an external investigator.
Administrative Requirement means any required notice, filing or other similar administrative requirements (other than any requirement for Consent or any Eligibility Requirements) for the Transfer of any Appointment to the applicable Purchaser as set forth in the related Corporate Trust Contract.
Files means the records, memoranda, opinions, minutes, and similar written materials that were formerly in the physical dominion of a board abolished by this act and the records, memoranda, opinions, minutes, and similar written materials of a board created under this act.
Business Records means all records and information of any description or type created or used in the ordinary course of the operation of the Business.
Complaint means any formal written complaint raised by a Contracting Body in relation to the performance of this Framework Agreement or any Call-Off Contract in accordance with Clause 44 (Complaints Handling and Resolution);
Files and Records means all files and records of Seller relating to the Business, whether in hard copy or magnetic or other format including customer and supplier lists and records; equipment maintenance records; equipment warranty information; plant plans, specifications and drawings; sales and advertising material; computer software; technical and research analyses; engineering, sales, marketing and other studies, data and plans; bid information; quality assurance records; and records relating to those employees of Seller who may become employed by Purchaser following the Closing.
Criminal records data means information about an individual's criminal convictions and offences, and information relating to criminal allegations and proceedings.
Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.
Inquiry means information gathering and initial fact finding to determine whether an allegation or apparent instance of misconduct warrants an investigation.
Computer Records means the computer records generated by the Servicer that provide information relating to the Loans and that were used by the Originator in selecting the Loans conveyed to the Trust Depositor pursuant to Section 2.01 (and any Substitute Loans conveyed to the Trust Depositor pursuant to Section 2.04).
Records Review means any assessment the Province conducts pursuant to section A.7.4 (Records Review).
Narrative Report means, with respect to the financial statements for which such narrative report is required, a narrative report describing the operations of Borrower and its Subsidiaries that complies with the applicable requirements under the Exchange Act for a “Management Discussion and Analysis” for the applicable Fiscal Quarter or Fiscal Year and for the period from the beginning of the then current Fiscal Year to the end of such period to which such financial statements relate.
