Investment Enterprise definition

Investment Enterprise means an enterprise to which the Borrower proposes to make or has made an Investment Sub-loan;
Investment Enterprise means a private enterprise or an enterprise in which private shareholders have majority ownership, and to which a PFI proposes to make or has made an Investment Loan (as hereinafter defined).
Investment Enterprise means an enterprise to which a Participating Bank proposes to make or has made a Sub-loan or in which it proposes to make or has made an Investment;
