Participating Banks definition

Participating Banks means such investment banks that engage in any Debt Exchange with one or more members of the Parent Group.
Participating Banks means the list of Banks as set out in Table 2 below.
Participating Banks means commercial banks and microfinance institutions to be selected by the Project Implementing Entity for participation in the Participating Bank Subsidiary Credit Line under Part 1 of the Project, on the basis of the criteria and approval procedures set forth in the Operations Manual, and in accordance with the provisions of Section I.D.1 of the Schedule to the Project Agreement.

More Definitions of Participating Banks

Participating Banks means each Bank other than HSBC.
Participating Banks means DBS Bank Ltd. (including POSB), Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited and United Overseas Bank Limited.
Participating Banks means each and all of the banks in Hong Kong to which HSL provides any or all of the Services from time to time, including the Bank;
