Investment Grade Issuer definition

Investment Grade Issuer means a bank, financial institution or credit insurer, as the case may be, that is acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its discretion, is rated Investment Grade and is not an Affiliate of the Borrower.
Investment Grade Issuer means any issuer with a long term credit rating of BBB- or above if granted by S&P or Fitch, or Baa- or above if granted by Moody’s, as determined by the Calculation Agent.
Investment Grade Issuer means a bank, financial institution or credit insurer, as the case may be, that is acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its discretion and is rated Investment Grade and which is not an Affiliate of the Borrower.
