Investment Grade Account Debtor means an Account Debtor that, at the time of determination, has a corporate credit rating and/or family rating, as applicable, of BBB- or higher by S&P or Baa3 or higher by Moody’s.
Investment Grade Account Debtor means an Account Debtor with a long term issuer rating of no less than Baa3 from Xxxxx’x or BBB- from S&P.

More Definitions of Investment Grade Account Debtor
Investment Grade Account Debtor means an Account Debtor, the public corporate credit rating of which (or if such rating is not available, the rating for the unsecured long-term indebtedness for borrowed money of which) is BBB- (with stable outlook) or higher from S&P, Baa3 (with stable outlook) or higher from Mxxxx'x, or any another credit rating acceptable to Agent in its sole discretion.
Investment Grade Account Debtor means, any account debtor with rating equal to or higher than Baa3 (or the equivalent) by Xxxxx’x or BBB- (or the equivalent) by S&P, or an equivalent rating by any other nationally recognized statistical rating agency selected by Borrowers.
