Investment Management Fee Rate means the Investment Management Fee Rate as may
Investment Management Fee Rate means the Investment Management Fee Rate as maybe specified in the relevant Supplement.
Administration Fee Rate The sum of (i) the Servicing Fee Rate, (ii) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (iii) the Credit Risk Management Fee Rate.
Program Fee Rate is defined in the Fee Letter.
Administrative Fee Rate The sum of the Servicing Fee Rate, the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate and the CREFC® Licensing Fee Rate.
Utilization Fee Rate means the percentage set forth in Schedule 1 hereto beside the then applicable Level.
L/C Fee Rate means the Applicable Margin with respect to LIBOR Rate Loans.
Special Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan and each REO Loan, 0.25% per annum.
Commitment Fee Rate has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Applicable Margin”.
Applicable Utilization Fee Rate means, as of any date, the percentage rate per annum at which Utilization Fees accrue on all Revolving Credit Advances at such time as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.
Net Servicing Fee Rate means (a) so long as the Seller or The Bank of New York is the Servicer, 1.25% per annum and (b) if the Seller or The Bank of New York is no longer the Servicer, 2.0% per annum.
Unused Fee Rate means 0.50% per annum.
Fee Rate means initially 0.25% per annum, which shall be subject to increase by 0.25% per annum for each Week in respect of which any Failure has occurred and is continuing.
Applicable Unused Commitment Fee Rate means 0.50% per annum.
Investment Management Fee means each of the Senior Investment Management Fee, the Subordinated Investment Management Fee and the Incentive Investment Management Fee.
Facility Fee Rate means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.

Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, 0.50% per annum.
Applicable Commitment Fee Rate means the percentage rate per annum based on the Leverage Ratio then in effect according to the pricing grid on Schedule 1.1(A) below the heading “Commitment Fee.”
Subservicing Fee Rate The per annum rate designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as the "SUBSERV FEE".
Credit Risk Manager Fee Rate 0.0125% per annum.
Pre-Incentive Fee Net Investment Income means interest income, dividend income and any other income (including any other fees, other than fees for providing managerial assistance, such as commitment, origination, structuring, diligence and consulting fees or other fees that the Company receives from portfolio companies) accrued during the calendar quarter, minus the Company’s operating expenses for the quarter (including the base management fee, expenses payable under the administration agreement and any interest expense and dividends paid on any issued and outstanding preferred stock, but excluding the incentive fee). Pre-Incentive Fee Net Investment Income includes, in the case of investments with a deferred interest feature (such as original issue discount debt instruments with payment-in-kind interest and zero coupon securities), accrued income that the Company has not yet received in cash. Pre-Incentive Fee Net Investment Income does not include any realized capital gains, realized capital losses or unrealized capital appreciation or depreciation.
Operating Advisor Fee Rate With respect to each Interest Accrual Period, a rate equal to 0.00125% per annum with respect to each Mortgage Loan (or any successor REO Mortgage Loan with respect thereto).
Expense Fee Rate As to each Mortgage Loan, a per annum rate equal to the sum of the Servicing Fee Rate and the Trustee Fee Rate.
Excess Servicing Fee Rate The rate of 0.0% per annum with respect to each Mortgage Loan.
Unused Commitment Fee Rate has the meaning given to such term in the Fee Letter.
Custodian Fee Rate As to any Distribution Date, the applicable Custodian Fee for such Distribution Date, converted to a per annum rate on (i) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the related Interest Accrual Period and (ii) with respect to the Determination Date in May 2006 only, the portion of the Closing Date Deposit Amount allocable to principal (calculated on an actual/360 basis), but in no event shall the Custodian Fee Rate be less than 0.0035%.
Servicing Fee Percentage With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the percentage specified on the Servicer Mortgage Loan Schedule.
