Investment opportunity area means the entire City.
Investment opportunity area means any area within the boundaries of the City of Erie which have a zoning classification as identified by the Erie City Zoning Ordinance, 80-2005 as amended, of R-1, R-1A, R-2, R-3, RLB, C-1, C-2, C-3, C-4, M-1, M-2, IP, or W-R.

  • Investment opportunity means anything, tangible or intangible, that is offered, offered for sale, sold, or traded based wholly or in part on representations, either express or implied, about past, present, or future income, profit, or appreciation.

  • Community protection zone means the area within eight
