Investment Policy Committee definition

Investment Policy Committee means the Investment Policy Committee of the Adviser or any other body of the Adviser serving an equivalent function.
Investment Policy Committee means the Investment Policy Committee of the Firm or any other body of the Firm serving an equivalent function.
Investment Policy Committee means the Benefit Plans Investment Policy Committee designated by MeadWestvaco’s Chief Executive Officer or similar committee appointed pursuant to Section 9.01.

Related to Investment Policy Committee

  • Investment Policy means the investment policy from time to time determined by the Commission under the Rules;

  • Investment Policies means the investment objectives, policies, restrictions and limitations set forth in the “BUSINESS” section of its Registration Statement, and as the same may be changed, altered, expanded, amended, modified, terminated or restated from time to time.

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee means the nominating and corporate governance committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Procurement Policy means ADB’s Procurement Policy - Goods, Works, Nonconsulting and Consulting Services (2017, as amended from time to time);

  • Governance Committee means the Governance Committee of the Board.

  • Board Committee means those individual members of the Board of Directors who have been appointed by the Board of Directors with the powers and responsibilities specified in Article VIII and to which has been delegated any fiduciary responsibilities of the Board of Directors with respect to the Plan.

  • Selection Committee means a committee of individual(s) who evaluate and rank proposals; conduct negotiations; and makes a contract award recommendation to the District and its respective Committees.

  • Evaluation Committee means a body appointed to perform the evaluation of Offerors’ proposals.

  • Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.

  • Compliance Committee means the committee referenced under the Federated Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, consisting of, among others, the Chief Compliance Officer, the General Counsel, the Chief Audit Executive and the Chief Risk Officer.

  • Medical Executive Committee or “MEC” means the Executive Committee of the Medical Staff.

  • Compensation Committee means the Compensation Committee of the Board.

  • Equity Committee means the official committee of equity security holders, appointed pursuant to section 1102 of the Bankruptcy Code by the U.S. Trustee on March 13, 2009.

  • Legislative Leadership Committee means a committee established, authorized to be established, or designated by the President of the Senate, the Minority Leader of the Senate, the Speaker of the General Assembly, or the Minority Leader of the General Assembly pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-10.1 for the purpose of receiving contributions and making expenditures.
