Investor Communication Reporting Regulation shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.10(a).
Information Regulator means the Information Regulator as established in terms of Section 39 of POPIA;
Consumer reporting agency means any person that, for monetary fees, dues, or on a cooperative nonprofit basis, regularly engages in whole or in part in the practice of assembling or evaluating consumer credit information or other information concerning consumers for the purpose of furnishing consumer credit reports to third parties.
Informal communications means any communication method other than written emails to the Point of Contact Person identified for this RFP.
Confidential communication means a communication not intended to be disclosed to third persons other than those to whom disclosure is in furtherance of the rendition of professional legal services to the client or those reasonably necessary for the transmission of the communication.
Rating Agency Communication means, with respect to any action and any Securitization, any written communication intended for a Rating Agency, which shall be delivered at least ten (10) Business Days prior to completing such action, in electronic document format suitable for website posting to the 17g-5 information provider under the applicable Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Issuer Free Writing Communication means a Free Writing Communication prepared by or on behalf of the Issuers, used or referred to by the Issuers or containing a description of the final terms of the Offered Securities or of their offering, in the form retained in the Issuers’ records.
Rapid(ly) report(ing means within 72 hours of discovery of any cyber incident.
Insider Trading Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time.
Reporting Material means all Material which the Grantee is required to provide to the Commonwealth for reporting purposes as specified in the Grant Details and includes any Existing Material that is incorporated in or supplied with the Reporting Material.
Rating Agencies Information Website The internet website with respect to the Notes, initially located at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, access to which is limited to the Rating Agencies and NRSROs who have been provided access.
Safeguard Policy Statement or “SPS” means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);
Public or private safety agency means a unit of state or local government, a special purpose district, or a private firm, which provides or has the authority to provide firefighting, police, ambulance, emergency medical services or hazardous materials response.
Electronic Protected Health Information (EPHI) means Protected Health Information that is transmitted by electronic media or maintained in any medium described in the definition of electronic media at 45 CFR 160.103.
Free Writing Communication means a written communication (as such term is defined in Rule 405) that constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy the Offered Securities and is made by means other than the Preliminary Offering Circular or the Final Offering Circular.
ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report, dated June 12, 2009, prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Golder Associated Ltd. and submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.
Electronic Protected Health Information means Protected Health Information that is maintained in or transmitted by electronic media.
Communications Provider means a person who provides an Electronic Communications Network or an Electronic Communications Service;
Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility Standards means the accessibility standards for electronic and information resources contained in 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 213.
Health information exchange or “HIE” shall mean the Common HIE Resources and infrastructure made available to Participants by CRISP for Permitted Purposes, as defined in Section 3.02 of the Terms and Conditions, subject to the terms of the Agreement. Common HIE Resources shall not include the technological infrastructure provided by the Direct Technology Provider for the Direct Service.
Private information means **personal information in combination with any one or more of the following data elements, when either the personal information or the data element is not encrypted or encrypted with an encryption key that has also been acquired:
radio communication means communication by means of radio waves;
Listing Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Reporting Requirement By January 31, 2017, the District will provide for OCR’s review and approval the Web Accessibility Policy drafted consistent with Item 1.
Regulation FD means Regulation FD promulgated by the SEC pursuant to the Exchange Act, as such Regulation may be amended or interpreted from time to time, or any similar rule or regulation hereafter adopted by the SEC having substantially the same purpose and effect as such Regulation.
