Investor Documents definition

Investor Documents means each document, instrument or certificate, other than the Transaction Agreements, to be executed and delivered by the Investor in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Investor Documents means each document evidencing any loan, credit or other financial arrangement made by an Investor to the Parent or other indebtedness incurred by the Parent to an Investor which would in each case, save for sub-paragraph (D) in the definition of "Indebtedness", constitute Indebtedness but, in each case, excluding any document evidencing a loan, credit or other financial arrangement or other indebtedness constituting Senior Liabilities or Senior Parent Liabilities.
Investor Documents means this Subscription Agreement, the Term Sheet attached hereto as Schedule “A”, and the U.S. Offering Circular delivered on a confidential basis in connection with the Offering.

More Definitions of Investor Documents

Investor Documents means (i) the Collaboration Agreement, (ii) the Investor Rights Agreement, (iii) the License Agreement, (iv) the Subscription Agreement and (v) the Intellectual Property Purchase Agreement.
Investor Documents means any equity related documents which are issued by the Issuer or any Group Company, which in all respect is subordinated to the obligations of the Issuer or any of the Guarantors under these Terms and Conditions.

Investor Documents means the Subordinated Preference Certificates Instrument, the Subordinated Preference Certificates, the Shareholders’ Agreement, any related fees letters, the constitutional documents of each Holdco and any other document designated as such by the Agent and the Company.
