The Calculation Agent will make all determinations relating to this Security, including the Index Performance Factor, the Index Closing Level on any Index Business Day on which such Index Closing Level is to be determined during the term of this Security, the Indicative Note Value, the Deposit Amount, the Short Index Amount, the Daily Interest, the Daily Investor Fee, the Redemption Fee Amount, the Cash Settlement Amount, if any, the Redemption Amount, if any, and the Call Settlement Amount, if any.
Any adjustment of Closing Indicative Value, the VWAP Factor, the Accrued Dividend and the Accrued Investor Fee will be rounded to 8 decimal places.
The Investor Fee accrues each calendar day until maturity or early repurchase, and the Index Factor, the Investor Fee and the Indicative Note Price are calculated with respect to each business day after the Inception Date up to and including the Final Observation Date.
The actual amount that a holder of the notes will receive at maturity or upon early repurchase, as the case may be, and the rate of return on the notes will depend on the actual Indicative Note Price on the relevant Observation Date and the Investor Fee.
