THE INDEX FACTOR. The inflation adjustment for the DBFO Agreement will be determined based on the Index Factor, which is calculated using the “Maintenance Price Index” prepared annually on a calendar year basis by Alberta Transportation for use in relation to adjusting for inflation on its highway maintenance contracts throughout the province of Alberta.

THE INDEX FACTOR. The inflation adjustment for the DBFM Agreement will be determined based on the Index Factor, which is calculated using the maintenance and renewal price index (the “M&R Index”) set out in Appendix 1 to this Schedule 10. The M&R Index will be prepared annually during the Construction Period and the M&R Period on a calendar year basis by the Province for the purposes of the DBFM Agreement. 5. M&R INDEX CALCULATION 5.1 M&R Index Indices The M&R Index will be calculated by the Province based on a weighted combination of a number of inflation indices. The indices and the method for calculation of the M&R Index are described in Appendix 1 to this Schedule 10.

  • ADJUSTMENT FACTORS The Contractor will perform any or all Tasks in the Construction Task Catalog for the Unit Price appearing therein multiplied by the following Adjustment Factors. See the General Terms and Conditions for additional information.

  • Non pre-priced Adjustment Factor To be applied to Work deemed not to be included in the CTC but within the general scope of the work:

  • Multiplier For Work assigned under this Agreement, a maximum multiplier of 2.9 for home office and 2.4 for field office shall apply to Consultant’s hourly Wage Rates in calculating compensation payable by the City. Said multiplier is intended to cover the Consultant employee benefits and the Consultant’s profit and overhead, including, without limitation, office rent, local telephone and utility charges, office and drafting supplies, depreciation of equipment, professional dues, subscriptions, stenographic, administrative and clerical support, other employee time or travel and subsistence not directly related to a project.

  • Power Factor The Power Producer shall maintain the Power Factor as per the prevailing GERC regulations and as may be stipulated / specified by GETCO from time to time. The Power Producer shall provide suitable protection devices, so that the Electric Generators could be isolated automatically when grid supply fails. Connectivity criteria like short circuit level (for switchgear), neutral Grounding, fault clearance time, current unbalance (including negative and zero sequence currents), limit of harmonics etc. shall be as per Grid Code.

  • Staffing Levels To the extent legislative appropriations and PIN authorizations allow, safe staffing levels will be maintained in all institutions where employees have patient, client, inmate or student care responsibilities. In July of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of each agency will, upon request, meet with the Union, to hear the employees’ views regarding staffing levels. In August of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of Budget and Management will, upon request, meet with the Union to hear the employees’ views regarding the Governor’s budget request.

  • Evaluation Factors The walkthrough(s), observation(s), and other components required by Ohio Rev. Code to be used in the teacher evaluation procedure

  • Hearing Levels Level 1. An employee and/or Association having cause for a complaint shall, within twenty (20) days of its occurrence or knowledge of its occurrence, file a grievance form (Appendix C) with the immediate supervisor. An Association representative may participate if requested by the employee. A copy of the grievance form shall be given to the Association by the grievant at the time of filing. The immediate supervisor shall issue a decision within ten (10) days to the grievant and a copy filed with the Association by the immediate supervisor. After the filing of the grievance, an extension of up to ten (10) additional days shall be granted at the request of either party.

  • Log Prices The following price schedule shall be designated as the contract value and shall apply to all logs removed from designated timber. Payment shall be for net log scale, unless noted. Log prices shall be: Conifer Logs Price per MBF Xxxxxxx-fir $ Hemlock $ Other conifers At bid price for Xxxxxxx-fir Sawmill grade logs under 20 board feet At price above Utility (pulp) logs, adjusted gross scale At price above Peelable cull logs, adjusted gross scale At price above Hardwood Logs Price per MBF Alder and other hardwoods $16.00 Sawmill grade logs under 30 board feet $16.00 Utility (pulp) logs, adjusted gross scale $16.00

  • Calculation of Unit Prices Unit Prices include all sums for payment, repayment, reimbursement, remittance, remuneration, compensation, profit, cost, overhead, expense, loss, expenditure, allowance, charge, demand, hire, wages, salary, tax, cash, assessment, price, money, xxxx, statement, dues, recovery, restitution, benefit, recoupment, exaction, or injury. Unit prices to cover the addition or reinstallation of stormwater management BMPs shall be calculated by type and linear foot. Unit Prices shall not include any Time Dependent Overhead Costs, as such costs will be added as appropriate pursuant to Section 3, Part 3. The Contractor shall certify that the Unit Prices submitted do not exceed current costs in the industry or trade for like services or materials.

  • Lower Salary Level An employee who accepts another position with a lower salary range will be paid an amount equal to his or her current salary, provided it is within the salary range of the new position. In those cases where the employee’s current salary exceeds the maximum amount of the salary range for the new position, the employee will be compensated at the maximum salary of the new salary range.
