Examples of Investor Related Parties in a sentence

  • Each of the Investor Related Parties is an intended third party beneficiary of this Agreement and the Company agrees to execute all documents required and to take such further action as may be requested by any Investor Related Party to effectuate the contractual arrangement between the Company and the Investor Related Parties as set forth herein.
