Examples of Invitation Date in a sentence
The reference in Rule 3.4 above to the sterling equivalent of any amount means the sterling equivalent determined by the Board by reference to such published rate of exchange between GB pounds sterling and the relevant currency as may be available to the Board on or about the Invitation Date and which the Board determines in its discretion to be appropriate.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Board may set a different Exercise Price for Eligible Employees of Participating Companies in one jurisdiction from those of another jurisdiction notwithstanding that invitations may be sent out to all such Eligible Employees on the same Invitation Date, but any such Exercise Price must fulfil the requirements of Rule 5.1 above.
On or prior to an Invitation Date the Board in its absolute discretion may decide to invite applications for the grant of Options.
If an Eligible Employee wishes to apply for an Option he must, within such period (which shall not be less than 14 days) after the Invitation Date as is stated in the invitation, deliver to the Company (or its appointed agent) or the Trustee a duly completed form of application together with a duly completed application for a Savings Contract in the form prescribed by the Committee on which the Eligible Employee must have indicated the Bonus Date on which he intends to apply for repayment thereunder.
